Heavy Metal Kinesiology Detox

June 30, 20253 min read

Start Point

This comprehensive protocol combines Traditional Chinese Medicine principles with modern detoxification tools to clear heavy metals, restore vitality, and support the Liver, Kidneys, Spleen, and Large Intestine Meridians, as well as the emotional body.

⚠️ Important Mindful Detox Considerations

  • Only detox when you have time to slow down - Your body will not release toxins unless it feels safe to do so.

  • Expect discomfort - During the detox process, many individuals experience symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, nausea, irritability, or skin eruptions. This is normal—an expression of what is being released, not necessarily a sign that something is wrong.

  • Watch for subtle self-sabotage -Sometimes, feeling unwell is also a protective strategy to keep you safe and attached to what is toxic, especially if those patterns or exposures have been in your life for a long time.

  • Release Metal Element emotions - In TCM, heavy metals are associated with the Metal Element, which relates to the Lungs and Large Intestine, grief, sadness, and letting go. Make space for emotional release alongside physical detox.

    Heavy metal detox supplements

1. Zeolite (Liquid)

Why: Binds heavy metals and safely escorts them out.

Why Liquid Zeolite is Best:

  • Higher bioavailability

  • Smaller particles penetrate more deeply

  • Pre-activated and purer

  • Gentler on digestion

How to Use:

  • Dose: 5–10 drops of liquid zeolite twice daily (or as directed).

  • Timing: Away from food, minerals, and medications (1–2 hours).

  • Tip: Drink plenty of warm water.

2. Fulvic Minerals

Why: Replenishes minerals, supports cellular health.

How to Use:

  • Dose: 10–20 drops daily, morning.

3. Livatone Plus

Why: Comprehensive liver support.

How to Use:

  • Dose: 1–2 capsules, twice daily with meals.

4. Cilantrol - Coriander

Why: Mobilises metals from tissues.

How to Use:

  • Dose: 1–2 drops daily, starting very slowly.

5. Chlorella

Why: Binds metals in the gut.

How to Use:

  • Dose: 1–2 grams or 4–8 tablets daily.

  • Timing: 30 minutes before meals or before bed.

6. Liposomal Vitamin C

Why: Protects cells from oxidative stress and supports immune function. It is required to make it safe to release toxins from our fat stores. I will often suggest having a week's head start for the Vitamin C. I also love Australian Indigenous Vitamin C berries and powders as an alternative to traditional vitamin C sources (Australia - Kakadu Plum and Peru - Camu Camu)

How to Use:

  • Dose: 1,000–2,000 mg daily.

  • Timing: Morning or mid-afternoon.

Sample Daily Schedule

Morning - Fulvic minerals + warm water

Breakfast - Livatone Plus + Liposomal Vitamin C

Mid-morning - Liquid Zeolite

Lunch - Livatone Plus

Afternoon - Cilantrol / Chlorella

Late afternoon - Liposomal Vitamin C (optional second dose)

Evening - Optional extra Liquid Zeolite and herbal tea

Additional Kinesiology Detox & Emotional Release Tips

  • Eat warm, cooked meals to support the Spleen Meridian.

  • Practice qi gong, tai chi, or gentle walking to keep Liver Chi moving.

  • Use dry skin brushing and castor oil packs to aid toxin release.

  • Sauna can also help.

  • Journal or reflect on any grief, sadness, or difficulty letting go, especially connected to the Metal Element.

  • Focus on deep breathing practices to strengthen the Lung Meridian and support emotional detox.

  • Drink plenty of warm water with lemon.

Remember

  • Create space in your life—emotional safety, rest, and reflection are as essential as the supplements.

  • Listen to your body.

  • Move slowly and gently.

  • Be compassionate with any resistance or discomfort; this is a natural part of the healing journey.

Detox teas: Look for the following herbs

Fennel, Ginger root, Dandelion Root and leaf (available at the Clinic if you'd like the real thing), Milk Thistle, Burdock root, and Schisandra berry.
